Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's sales systems.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
