Precision Staffing is hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Line Workers that play a vital role in creating high-quality products efficiently and safely for a South Charlotte Company.

Shift hours, Monday-Saturday:

• 3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

**Background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment. .
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing and warehouse operations.
