Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time contact center metrics and respond to performance deviations
Allocate resources dynamically to ensure optimal coverage and maintain service levels
Collaborate with contact center supervisors to provide updates on performance and address operational challenges
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in real-time monitoring and analysis
Prior experience in process optimization and workflow management
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data modeling
Knowledge of real-time monitoring technologies and data analysis tools
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
