Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities and provide consultative guidance to customers purchasing personal lines insurance products, including auto and home insurance.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Handling incoming sales calls to quote and sell insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
  • Delivering an exceptional consultative sales experience to prospective customers.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products across all lines of business.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions, quotes, and sales data into company systems.

Requirements and qualifications :

  • Contingent on passing Property & Casualty Licensing.
  • College degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Prior sales and / or insurance experience is a plus.
  • NJ Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within the first 4 weeks of employment). Fully paid training and licensing sponsorship provided.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
