Primary Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for ensuring that Trademark Transportation pays the right amount at the right time, only when authorized, with supporting documents on file. The role will be primarily responsible for processing incoming invoice documentation, validating the accuracy of charges, and initiating payment on schedule. The role will be part of a team that handles other administrative processes as assigned.
