Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager (Mergers and Acquisitions).

Key Responsibilities

Research and assess potential acquisition opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Develop financial and valuation models to evaluate transaction opportunities and influence decision-making

Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence and presentations to senior management

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development

Exceptional financial modeling and project management skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field is preferred

Previous healthcare experience is a plus
