Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager identifies and pursues new business opportunities. This role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, managing client relationships, and providing consultative selling to clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Conduct client prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide consultative selling to clients on service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage sales reporting and analysis to track performance.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in business development and client management.
