Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role requires a dependable, skilled professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment and building systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts or respond to emergencies, if required
