A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency of their marketing technology and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and automated workflows within HubSpot
Manage and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring and segmentation
Maintain and optimize the marketing automation platform and its integrations with other tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
3+ years of advanced experience as a HubSpot administrator and power user
Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems architecture
Strong analytical skills focused on marketing funnel and campaign performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related quantitative field is preferred
