Licensed Practical Nurse (Nights)

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide exceptional nursing care in our Short Term Rehab unit, featuring 60 beds. We offer a 5-star environment and are looking for night shift nurses to work from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately chart nurses' notes in a clear and descriptive manner, reflecting the care provided and the resident's response.
• Complete and maintain necessary documentation upon resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.

The primary goal of this role is to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan, under the guidance of your supervisors. As an LPN, you will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability to fulfill your duties effectively.
