Role Overview

Bray International is seeking a Program Manager to support the execution of complex, high-impact global commercial initiatives. This globally scoped role serves as a central point of coordination across regions, functions, and leadership teams-bridging strategy and execution to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress across major initiatives.

This is an internal, coordination-focused role ideal for a professional who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex problems, and can influence outcomes without formal authority. The Program Manager partners closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and key functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.

Core Purpose

To enable the successful execution of cross-regional commercial initiatives by providing structure, coordination, and transparency-allowing teams to operate with clarity, speed, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and help prioritize major global commercial initiatives and opportunities
  • Maintain visibility into a portfolio of active initiatives, including milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to support planning and execution
  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and next steps
  • Support initiative scoping by identifying key stakeholders, workstreams, and handoffs
  • Establish practical tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and ensure follow-through
  • Capture and communicate key decisions, risks, and action items
  • Document agreements, assumptions, and dependencies to prevent misalignment
  • Partner with senior leadership and regional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and technical aptitude
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional or cross-regional initiatives
  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, sequencing, and execution support
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and milestones
  • Global mindset with comfort working across time zones and cultures
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Highly organized, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
  • Systems thinker with high learning agility
  • Preferred Background

  • Experience in complex B2B or industrial environments
  • Roles combining customer-facing exposure with internal coordination (e.g., sales operations, project management, commercial strategy, business development)
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of customer needs, internal capabilities, and execution constraints
  • Exposure to global or multi-region business environments
  • Travel Expectations

This role is primarily virtual with limited travel. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required to support select high-impact initiatives, leadership alignment, or key milestones.

Sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants who currently hold, or will require in the future, visa sponsorship (e.g., E, F-1 / OPT / CPT, H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J, or TN) are ineligible
