Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule. 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule. 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter). RNs trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained as Charge RN. Float between various units including Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Willing to meet schedule requirements (2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks). Training in : NIHSS (Stroke Scale). IV Ultrasound. Charge Nurse cross-training . Competitive Pay : Base rate plus internal float differential.
