Lead and support employee onboarding, including new-hire coordination, tools issuance, physicals/drug testing, and recruiting outreach support.
Oversee company safety program, including field inspections, random drug testing, third-party safety consultant coordination, safety training compliance, and trend analysis.
Support project start-ups by assisting superintendents with site-specific safety plans and jobsite orientations.
Coordinate and participate in incident investigations within 24 hours and review safety plans for self-performed work.
Support corporate safety initiatives, including safety meetings, committee participation, fall protection reviews, pick plan compliance, and dig permit enforcement.
Coordinate owner-required safety training and perform routine jobsite safety audits.
Lead quality control efforts, including QC job walks, inspection tracking, punch list completion, pre-install meetings, and implementation of lessons learned.
Champion quality assurance standards and ensure pre-punch and quantity tracking processes are followed.
Manage field assets and reporting, including trailer preventative maintenance, fleet tracking, and daily report compliance.
Support field operations by monitoring procurement logs, long-lead item tracking, and look-ahead schedule accuracy.
Promote and train teams on increased use of field technology.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to enforce company standards, procedures, and best practices.

An educational background in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field experience.
2+ year of industry experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with teams.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000
