Senior Compliance Analyst

We are working with a growing, regional bank group that is approaching the $10 Billion mark within the next couple of years. Due to this growth, they are looking to expand their compliance division by hiring a new Senior Compliance Analyst. They are open to having this position be fully remote but would prefer someone living in Indiana, Illinois, or Michigan. This position is part of a succession plan that will lead to the Assistant Compliance Officer role within the next couple of years. This individual will work closely with the Compliance Manager and assist the Compliance Officer with the coordination and administration of the bank?s compliance management activities. Complete compliance monitoring audits in accordance with the established testing schedule with minimal supervision and review the work of the Compliance Analyst. A 4-year degree and 2-3 years compliance experience is a plus.
