Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead a small team of software developers, assigning tasks, conducting bi-weekly 1 : 1s, and performing code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Technical Direction : Set coding standards and provide hands-on development and mentorship on complex projects to drive product trajectory.
- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web Forms, and.NET Core.
- Enterprise Development : Leverage strong development experience within an ERP, CRM, or similar large-scale enterprise application environment.
- Deployment & Quality : Manage builds for major and minor releases, collaborating with QC and infrastructure teams to ensure stability.
