Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable data platforms for business intelligence and predictive analytics

Lead complex projects across multiple domain teams, ensuring data integration is core to the platform

Manage and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience

10+ years of professional software experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams focused on data pipelines

Experience delivering customer-facing Enterprise SaaS products at scale

Hands-on experience with modern data platform tools such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, and AWS services

Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, ETL / ELT processes, and data modeling best practices
