R equired Skills and Experiences :

ServiceNow Complex Project Management Implementation experience

8+ years of project management experience , with at least 3-5 years focused on ServiceNow implementations in a financial services

Project Leadership : Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Engagement Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project

Key Qualifications :

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.

Understanding of ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee
