We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Specialist to support clients in planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to identify travel preferences and needs

Research and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation

Act as a point of contact before and during travel

Maintain accurate client records

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer proficiency, including email and web-based systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Comfortable working independently

Reliable internet access
