Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely delivery and communication
Manage client implementation within internal systems and coordinate with internal teams for feature rollouts
Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automations to enhance onboarding and matching processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading enterprise onboarding from contract signature to successful go-live
Ability to innovate and develop creative solutions for unique client requirements
Experience in building SOPs and automations to improve operational workflows
Proficiency in managing data across platforms like HubSpot, Jira, and Chargebee
Experience in identifying risks early and effectively escalating issues
