A company is looking for a Compliance Quality Control Contractor to perform comprehensive final QC reviews on mortgage files.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end compliance and documentation reviews
Verify adherence to federal, state, and investor requirements using LauraMac
Identify and document discrepancies, resolving errors with precision
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage compliance / QC experience
Proficiency in LauraMac required
Ability to manage workload independently and meet strict file deadlines
Demonstrated record of accuracy and quality in prior QC work
