KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Superheroes : Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
• Team Titans : Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff. Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.
• Operations Olympians : Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
