Server - Uno Pizzeria Worcester

Join the vibrant team at Uno Pizzeria in downtown Worcester, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional servers to contribute to our lively restaurant environment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Promote menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
