Requirements

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine

Willingness to work in a conventional clinic setting

Availability for a four-day workweek without Mondays or Fridays off

Commitment to maintaining high patient satisfaction and quality scores

Partnership collaboration with two advanced practitioners

Openness to virtual visits
