LaSalle Networking is Hiring Service Provider Specialist / Vendor Relations Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Service Provider Specialist / Vendor Relations Specialist for their growing operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, service-driven professional who enjoys working with third-party partners and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding and maintaining 's network of qualified service providers while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong vendor relationships. You will serve as a key liaison between and its third-party vendors, supporting onboarding, communication, and issue resolution while contributing to system transitions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee new service provider setup, including data entry, training, and document collection
  • Maintain accurate provider network data and manage compliance documentation
  • Communicate system updates, enhancements, and policy changes to vendors
  • Resolve provider inquiries related to performance, billing, payments, and technology issues
  • Support Service Provider Managers with reporting and administrative tasks
  • Manage shared inboxes, help desk operations, and provider portal functionality
  • Analyze data to evaluate provider performance and network coverage

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in customer service, vendor support, service industry, or telemarketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting at $20 / hr
  • LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance

  • Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Onsite training | Fridays remote
