$20 / hour weekdays, $25 / hour on evenings and weekends. FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL.

Compensation : $20 hourly ($25 on evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties.

Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan.

Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups.

Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished.

Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the staging items storage area.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in real estate office settings.

Critical thinking and self-sufficiency.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Flexible schedule, available nights and weekends.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
