Graphic Designer

About the role

The ideal Graphic Designer will bring a mix of nuanced design skills to our internal creative agency. We are looking for an experienced artist, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to an award-winning level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for modern design, a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience, and a portfolio of work that proves it.

What you’ll do

Designs and develops a wide range of TD SYNNEX marketing collateral using both digital and traditional methods and modern event theme concepts with expert attention to detail.

Design and produce visually compelling, executive-level PowerPoint presentations and decks tailored for leadership audiences. (Demonstrate mastery of advanced PowerPoint features : animations, templates, charts, etc.)

Ability to transform complex data and concepts into clear, visually engaging narratives.

Be able to present design work and concepts to key stakeholders with design rational in collaboration with supervisors to stakeholders and management.

Collaborates with copywriters, traffic managers, and account managers to clarify objectives, due dates and expected deliverables in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Prioritizes work and provides project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with manager or supervisor.

Contributes with the organization of TD SYNNEX’s library of creative assets, including images, logos, etc.

Stays up to date on modern design trends, key technologies, market, and industry trends affecting company business segments.

Acts as a brand consultant, helping to assure co-workers across the organization stay in compliance.

Ensures brand is communicated effectively in all marketing materials whenever possible.

Demonstrates a mastery of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Express, Ceros and more.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design

Agency and corporate marketing experience preferred

Previous experience designing / preparing projects for printing

Highly organized, detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills

Positive, collaborative attitude

Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume environment

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to work with office productivity tools like Microsoft365 and Workfront

Ability to multitask

Willingness to jump in and help other team members when needed
