Job Overview :    Smart Stack Impact is seeking an organized and energetic Assistant Event Coordinator to help plan and execute events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Location : Greensboro, NC

Salary Range :

$46.500- $58.000 yearly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Manage event timelines and budgets
  • Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown
  • Support the marketing team with event promotions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in event coordination or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
