We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Popeyes restaurant to success. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll serve as a role model for the team, foster a positive and high-energy work culture, and take ownership of achieving operational excellence and financial goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader ready to make a big impact and grow their career with a fast-growing brand!
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
