Key Responsibilities

Oversee client relationships, ensuring financial health, quality of work, and team motivation

Lead strategic and tactical initiatives for multi-million dollar healthcare engagements

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions

Required Qualifications

Expertise in leading large-scale hospital system engagements within a design or innovation agency

Experience in client services, particularly with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies

Proven ability to navigate complex dynamics of hospital systems and healthcare engagement

Strong understanding of web development technologies and design lifecycle

Ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar projects with multiple teams
