What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting thorough home inspections, from attic to crawl space.
• Building trust with clients by clearly explaining your findings and suggesting the best treatment options.
• Closing sales by demonstrating the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin's services.
• Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Working independently, prioritizing your schedule, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator.
