Summary : IT Program Managers oversee multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals. They ensure projects align with organizational priorities manage resources and monitor program performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define program objectives scope and success metrics.
  • Oversee multiple project managers and teams.
  • Coordinate resources and budgets across projects.
  • Monitor program performance and report to executives.
  • Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines budgets and quality standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Implement program governance and best practices.
  • Conduct program evaluations and continuous improvement.
  • Align program outcomes with organizational strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors in IT Business or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in IT program or project management.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of program management frameworks and tools.

    • Preferred Skills / Duties :

  • PgMP PMP or Agile certifications.
  • Experience in enterprise-level IT programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor project and program managers.
