As our Senior Staff Planner, you will be part of a group of Program Planners assigned to the Life Extension 2 program, the future of the FBM program. This is a growing team of Planners who will continue to develop and manage technical, discrete projects to help the Navy reach its goals. You will help support various aspects of EVM compliance including audits, data-driven metrics, and CDRL deliverables. This role will involve extensive interaction with internal and external customers including Program Management, Finance, Project Management, Proposal Management, and the Navy. This is an exciting time to join as Life Extension 2 is still in the early stages of the program. / ppIn this role, you will... / pulliBe responsible for the end-to-end life-cycle of planning and schedule management / liliServe as the point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status. / liliBe responsible for oversight of performance to program budgets and communicating necessary adjustments to responsible Cost Account Managers / liliParticipate in estimating future resource requirements for staffing profiles or proposals. Performs time-phased analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments to assure the capability of the program to meet their commitments / liliResolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives / liliUtilize performance and health metrics analyses to facilitate actions resulting in improved program performance / li / ulpOur level 5 employees typically have 15-20 years of experience. Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Englewood, CO facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate. / ppBasic Qualifications : / pulliMust have a Bachelors degree / liliExtensive experience at developing / maintaining Network Schedules at all stages of the program life cycle, including integrity checks, and / or critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis / liliExperience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers / liliExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration / liliExperience with DCMA surveillance / liliMust be a US citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance / li / ulpDesired Skills : / pulliActive Secret security clearance / lili8+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline / liliExperience in creating, maintaining, and providing analysis for Programs / liliDemonstrated practical application of Program Planning processes and software / liliDemonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management DIDs (IPMR IPMDAR) / liliExpert user with Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan Professional / liliIMS development and maintenance expertise / liliIntegrated Master Plan (IMP) creation, maintenance, and integration with IMS / liliDemonstrated knowledge of subcontractor / co-contractor and government-furnished equipment integration with the Prime Contractors IMS / liliAbility to communicate utilizing different techniques and develop deep relationships / liliDemonstrated team-building skills / liliDemonstrated influencing and relationship management skills / li / ulpTo promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin encourages big-picture thinking. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. / liliSchedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off / liliPay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
