OVERVIEW : Join a leading US Fortune 1,000 company that specializes in providing essential process services to Government Health and Human Services agencies. We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our mission.

Location : Rancho Cordova, CA (Full address : 3130 Kilgore Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670)

Duration : 3-4 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!

Pay rate : $20.25 / hr on W2

Note :

  • Initial training will be onsite; after training, remote work is permitted.
  • Work schedule : 9 AM - 6 PM PST.
  • Must be bilingual in English and one of the following languages : Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Armenian.
  • Equipment will be provided; however, a high-speed wired internet connection is necessary for remote work.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Minimum one year of experience in a relevant field.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong computer skills with quick adaptability to new software.
  • Ability to adhere to procedures and meet quality standards consistently.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred : Experience in the health or human services sector within a call center environment.

    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle inbound calls and provide thorough support on various inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist beneficiaries with enrollment transaction requests.
  • Stay informed of program policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
  • Ensure compliance with project contract provisions relevant to this position.
  • Follow applicable policies and procedures consistently.
