• Over 6 years of experience in land surveying, including project management and oversight of personnel
• Expertise in topographic, boundary, construction layout, and ALTA surveys
• Proficient in CAD software applications
• Preferred certification: LSIT or Professional Land Surveyor
• Strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships

Position Details:

• Role: Survey Project Manager
• Responsibilities include planning, managing, and scheduling a variety of survey projects
• Lead and coordinate both office-based and field personnel
• Incentives available with exceptional bonus potential (5-25%)

• Base compensation ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 (negotiable based on experience, business development skills, and technical expertise)

• Conduct traverse & boundary analysis, positional quality assessments, and statistical data analysis
• Quality control for CAD deliverables
• Prepare scopes of work and manage project fee estimates
• Engage in business development efforts with clients
• Create legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivisions, and easements
