Product Manager Consultant

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Research) Consultant to lead the design of global incentive competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of competitions, from problem framing to final design documentation

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Engage with external experts and stakeholders to inform design choices and facilitate workshops

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required; Master's degree preferred

5-7 years of relevant experience in product management, design, or consulting

Experience applying research and analytical skills in technical or innovative fields

Mastery of product management skills, including budget management and project execution

Familiarity with research platforms and experience conducting literature reviews
