About the Job :

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a DevOps Consultant, you’ll play an integral role : using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Get to Do :

• DevOps Strategy Development : Lead the development of a comprehensive DevOps strategy, focusing on automation, operational soundness, and alignment with best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating review sessions, and ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
• Leadership and Mentorship : Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Tooling Implementation : Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels in collaboration with client teams, adhering to Agile best practices.
