As a Mobile Wound Care Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team, enhance your clinical skills, and advance your career in holistic, mobile wound care.

What You'll Do :

• Administer Wound Mist Therapy.
• Deliver compression therapies.
• Make home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skin care, infection prevention, and self-management.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and case managers to optimize patient care.
• Document all care accurately in the EHR system.
• Travel locally to patient homes or care settings as required.
