Now Hiring : Forklift Operator

Are you an experienced forklift operator ready for a steady opportunity with long-term potential?

We’re looking for skilled operators to join our team and play a key role in warehouse operations. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, supporting dock operations, and assisting with inventory management.

  • Schedule : Night shift, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM, 12-hour shifts. Work 4 days one week and 3 days the next (3-2 rotating schedule). Overtime available.
  • Pay : $20.35 – $21.57 per hour
  • Location : Deforest or Fitchburg

    • What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate stock handling
  • Support put-away and organization of warehouse items
  • Assist with roll-fed finished goods operations, including moving product to the wrapper
  • Cross-train in additional warehouse functions for growth and flexibility

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Skilled in operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended shifts for coverage or heavy volume
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify inventory accuracy
