Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Council Bluffs, Iowa .

Practice Highlights:

• Outpatient only

• Full-time is 36 patient facing hours

• Flexible, independent practice style

• Enjoy working with a friendly, dedicated, supportive team

• Well-rounded practice with patients of all ages

• Academic appointment available, if desired, from Creighton University School of Medicine

Benefits and Compensation include:

• 6 Weeks of PTO plus 6 Holidays

• Annual Salary of $276,633

• Education Stipend available
