Pay Rate Range : $22.00 - $24.64 / hr on W2

Responsibilities :

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and / or staff in a business or functional unit.
  • Work generally requires knowledge of company and / or business / functional practices, policies, programs and / or product line.
  • Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.
  • dministrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, managing the calibration program for the site gauges, travel arrangements, and meeting / travel coordination.
  • Maintains confidentiality.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledgeable using SAP ERP system to create purchase orders, confirm receipt of materials, and generate reports.
  • Interact with contractors to verify PO in place, invoice submitted for completed work, and any payment questions.
  • Order parts and equipment for various project.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • plus would be to be familiar with parts inventory systems. SAP knowledge, Microsoft office, MS teams.
  • Needs 2 plus years experience
