At Shining Steps ABA, were looking for caring, dedicated, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team of professionals committed to improving lives through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What Youll Do

As an RBT with us, youll work one-on-one with children and families to :

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Track and record progress using data collection tools

Support children in home, clinic, school, and community settings

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and team members to ensure success

Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain one)
