Purpose of Position :

For our Tucson office, we are looking for a Software Developer. Your main role will be to help maintain an embedded Linux distribution (Yocto) for our devices by developing configuration scripts, maintaining and creating patches for open-source applications, and developing and maintaining Python, C++, and React.js applications.

Major Areas of Responsibility :

Development and maintenance of C++, PLC, C#, Python and React.js applications;
Develop scripts for task automation and system configuration;
Develop and maintain machine guidance solutions for mining.
Maintain a C++ / ROS application

Knowledge and Experience - Required :

Knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows environments

Organized and disciplined work style with problem-solving abilities

Advanced English

5 years experience

Knowledge and Experience - Desired :

React.js coding Knowledge;

C++, PLC and C# coding Knowledge

ROS coding Knowledge;

Knowledge with embedded development;

Knowledge of Linux network configuration (openVPN, iptables, etc.);

Understanding of GNSS systems;

Knowledge of NGINX configuration;

Knowledge with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);

Knowledge of the mining environment;

Familiarity with SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, and git tools.
