What you'll do:

• Guide customers through their service journey with precision, confidence, and genuine care.
• Diagnose and document vehicle issues with laser-sharp accuracy.
• Recommend winning solutions that keep vehicles (and customers) running strong.
• Be the bridge between our powerhouse technicians and loyal customers.

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $145,000.00; including monthly 7% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership's monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

• 401k plan with match, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements
• Paid time off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
