Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational calls to advise members on available benefits and services
Encourage members to comply with care plans and assist with provider and appointment scheduling
Manage system work queues and facilitate research on inquiries related to member services
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a customer service support role
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Digital literacy assessment required
