Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
Identify and convert high-value new logos with multi-SKU opportunities across various workforce solutions
Carry an individual quota while supporting rep productivity through deal coaching and executive engagement
Required Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
Demonstrated success closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Deep knowledge of IC / AOR / EOR workflows, MSP programs, and compliance frameworks
Proven executive-level engagement and negotiation capability
Strong commercial instincts with disciplined forecasting and documentation practices
