Are you excited about this Program Manager ROLE?

As a Program Manager at PTI Technologies, you will play a crucial role within our centralized Program Management Office (PMO). You will provide strategic project leadership across multiple business functions, ensuring that programs adhere to scope, cost, and schedule commitments. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle within a structured product development framework, coordinating cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and more. You will lead significant initiatives such as ERP upgrades and NPI launches, driving alignment, risk management, and effective governance. Your analytical skills will be vital in assessing project performance and implementing corrective actions.

Are you the Program Manager we're looking for?

To excel as a Program Manager for Enterprise Systems and New Product Introduction (NPI) at PTI Technologies, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a product development-related field and have 7 to 10 years of experience in engineering and program management within a manufacturing environment. A PMP certification is essential, along with solid expertise in project management tools and methodologies. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, allowing them to motivate cross-functional teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

Candidates should exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
