Build and nurture relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure efficient handling of binding renewals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively. Proven experience in P&C insurance, with a focus on brokerage and casualty lines. Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and build a book of business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with preference given to candidates near one of our office locations
