What You'll Do

Drive occupancy and revenue growth by leading the full sales process - from first contact to move-in.

Create meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.

Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and other community influencers.

Plan and execute engaging events, presentations, and marketing initiatives to boost awareness.

Track, analyze, and optimize your sales performance using proven systems and metrics.

Partner with leadership to develop innovative strategies for retention, referrals, and community visibility.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of outside sales success (hospitality, healthcare, or senior living a plus).

A proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding goals.

Strong local networking and relationship-building skills.

Creative thinker with the drive to make things happen and the discipline to track results.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
