Key Responsibilities
Support the evolution of the platform from a design perspective, ensuring brand and product consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to designers and anticipate business challenges to create product solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a designer or design leader
Strong visual and interaction design skills
Experience in defining design direction and leading teams through the design process
Ability to scope project work and manage timelines effectively
Experience in designing platforms and systems, with a focus on both online and offline experiences
