Procurement Analytics Manager

SUMMARY / JOB PURPOSE :

The Procurement Analytics team within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) enables data-driven decision-making by delivering clear analytics and reporting across team operations, vendor master data, vendor spend, source-to-pay processes, and travel & expense (T&E) workflows. The team's objective is to improve data quality, insights, and transparency to streamline procurement processes, enhance sourcing decisions, mitigate risk, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Key partners include Finance (FP&A leads forecasting and budgeting), Accounting, IT, various Business Units, and within SS&P department to implement spend management strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analytics Strategy & Execution

• Support maintaining the SS&P master data to ensure data integrity, visibility, and actionable insights throughout the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, classification, spend analysis, and relationship management.
• Perform checks to ensure record accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Procurement colleagues to resolve data issues.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of spend to improve visibility and support procurement decisions.
• Contribute and assist in making data improvements for classification, integrity, and enrichment.
• Contribute to standardizing team metrics & reporting.
• Manage dashboards to track team performance metrics.
• Participate in innovation to foster continuous improvements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this positionis $125,000 - $176,500 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.
